Can I vent for a sec? I spent all summer waiting to wear summer clothing. Besides the 12 days I spent in Italy and Croatia, it was FAR too cold and rainy to wear anything that was meant for summer. Not only me, but my little babe has so many sleeveless, super cute onesies that no longer fit her and are brand new – it was just too cold. And now, as soon as September hit, summer came to Toronto. BAM. It’s here. In full effect. Like a million degrees every day! Okay, I’m done. /end rant.

Not completely unrelated, I’ve found the most amazing kimono from PinkBlush that is perfect for a slower transition to fall. It’s light and airy, but still has this beautiful navy to bring in some of the darker shades for fall. Because September has been a little warmer than expected, this is a great piece to throw on as you’reΒ racing out the door. I’ve been favouring this to my traditional trench coat or leather jacket so far. I also managed to wear it all summer because it was so cold, which was the only silver lining to my cold summer!

This super cute kimono is from PinkBlush. If you guys remember I posted about a sweet maternity dress from there a while back. I love how ethereal their clothing is. It’s very boho-chic, which I don’t typically favour, but from time to time, I’ll give into the temptation. And in this case, I’m glad I did.
